Jim Corbett Tiger reserve is the best tiger reserve in India which is located in Nainital district of Uttarakhand . Jim Corbett national park which is also the part of Jim Corbett Tiger reserve was a established in 1936 and it is one of the oldest and most prestigious national park of India.


Jim Corbett national Park is spread over area of 520 km² that comprises of hills riverine belts grasslands and large lake this tiger reserves allows overnight stay in the lap of national Park.

Jhirna zone is mainly grassland but to enter the Jhirna zone you will need to have a safari permit from the forest officials and you will need to hire Safari vehicles and a guide . there is also a forest rest House Jhirna zone that offers a night to stay for the wildlife enthusiasts.


The nearest town from Jim Corbett national park is Ramnagar so in order to reach Jim Corbett national park you have to come to Ramnagar.
