Vegetables are essential for us because vegetables have full nutrition, minerals, protein, and vitamins. You just have to wash vegetables properly and peel if needed and then eat. That is it. Incorporation of some raw vegetables in our diet can give numerous health benefits to us. 

As we all know that health is wealth so in this article we want you to know about some vegetables produced in India and can be eaten raw or also can say that we should eat raw.

Tomato

Vitamin C, vitamin K, lycopene, Potassium, folate are found in tomatoes. Tomatoes are healthy for our external and internal bodies. 

Surprised! You must know that tomatoes are helpful in increasing your skin glow and it whitens your skin. Tomatoes have some vitamins and nutrients that help in increasing hair growth and shine.

Cucumber

Some healthy elements like potassium, magnesium, silica, and vitamin K are found in cucumber. Cucumber contains plenty of water and helps to reduce fat. It makes our digestive system strong. Blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels can be balanced by eating cucumber.

Onion

Radish

Beetroot

Garlic

Garlic has loaded of antioxidant compounds. It helps in increasing sexual power and makes a good flow of blood in the genital. It helps to thin the blood.

So if a person suffering from blood pressure and cholesterol problem must add garlic in the daily diet, it will magically remove your problem. Garlic is very effective if eaten raw.

Capsicum

Also known as Bell Pepper or Sweet Pepper, Red, green and yellow capsicum has different benefits for health. Capsicums are a source of Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2, folate, and fiber. Capsicum is good for our health of eyes and lever. It also contains antioxidant elements.
