To view the internal Id of any field in NetSuite follow the following steps.
Click on Home -> Select Set preferences -> check SHOW INTERNAL IDS
CHECK SHOW INTERNAL IDS
To view the Internal ID
Click on the Filed Name to see the FIELD ID which is the internal id of the field
