Dasheri – This variety is mainly popular in Lucknow and it was first cultivated in the garden of Nawab around to 200 years back, this mango is very bright in colour and it can be used for making Aamras and Chutney.
Langra – Langara is also very famous variety of mango that is consumed in India and it is cultivated in Varanasi it is believed that it was first cultivated by a lame man and that is where the name Langara came from, this mango is oval in shape and sometimes green in colour and it is cultivated from July to August.
